The intention of Movement Medicine is to support awakening to your essential nature and to live your deepest dream by tapping into the original medicine and blessing of conscious embodiment. We nourish our bodies with sound and breath and engage the inner currencies of creative movement that we are. We let go of the ways we define a body and its capacities to move so we may open to the mystery of life that vibrates inside of us. This stimulates the gateways of the soul, vibrates the magma of the bones and cellular tissues, broadens our mindset and experience of flexibility and strength, and enhances our immune system response and our connection with everyday life with ease, enjoyment and enthusiasm. When we begin a dialogue with the creative intelligence of the sacred dwelling within us, at the heart of which resides a profound sense of belonging, we are caring for ourselves and our planet in the most profound ways. Inspiration emerges, radical healing takes place and we recognize that we are inherently one – opening our life to infinite possibilities. This is a movement of empowerment, responsibility, and the fulfillment of a dream as life moves through us from the core of our being. 

This curriculum is a new era of movement medicine that is founded on a divine continuum and currency of grace, opening the gateways of soul wisdom, offering profound rites of passage into the humanity we’re becoming on the journey to know that we are the dancer, the singer, and the awakened dreamer of a whole new world. Combining a deep physical connection with the earth rooted in a palpable presence of divine mystery, this work is a true invitation into the alchemy of dancing with destiny!
